Our local Mental Health services department has recently had similar issues. I think the origianal organization ended up having to go bankrupt or was sold out. I can't remember. It is a shame. Lack of funding and poor management for sure, at least in our local situation.

Many of our consumers are with out services here as well. So many people starting to find their path through recovery with help, only to be told their services have ended, making them backslide. We are damned if we don't and damned if we do it feels like.
